Tooth Cutting

For cutting bevel gear teeth, Arrow is equipped with the advanced technology offered by Gleason's Phoenix CNC tooth cutting machines.

For hobbing and shaping spur gear and helical gear teeth, Arrow is equipped with the latest Gleason Phoenix and Lorenz systems.

Arrow's four CNC gear inspection systems are used to check the accuracy of all tooth cutting and grinding operations.

Size Ranges

Spiral Bevels

3/8" (9mm) to 28" (710mm)

Straight Tooth Bevels

3/8" (9mm) to 14" (360mm)

External Spur Gears and Helical Gears/Splines

1/4" (6mm) to 22" (560mm)

Internal Gears/Splines

1/2" (13mm) to 20" (500mm)
